Yoga for better health, In the Modern world, when there are so much developments in treatment of diseases, so much advancement in medicines, drugs, operative procedure in maintaining health and harmony of human beings.

                   It is matter of concern that our (Indian) ancient method of treatments is excellent till now. Yoga is one of them. Although, it is used in bringing peace of mind and soul through meditation which is also a part of Yoga.

                   On the other hand by doing or making various postures …. Yoga develop and strengthen the physical structure of human beings by a practicing various aasanas on daily basis, our organs, metabolism, psychological functions of our body organ works very well and their efficiency rate reach almost 100% (hundred percent). And a normal human can leads to disease free & healthy life. We are proud that Yoga was invented by our ancient sagas (Rishi, munnies) and till date it flourished in our country.
                   In modern world no method of exercise is not much beneficial or stable like Yoga which brings peace and harmony to our mind, body, soul and spirit without any expenditure or cost.

The advantages of Yoga are infinite in human life, So adapt Yoga for better living and stay healthy.

                   Yoga not a religion. It is a way of living that aims towards healthy mind in a healthy body.

                   Man is a physical, mental and spiritual being, Yoga helps to promote a balanced development of one Three.

                   21st June the International Yoga Day. The day to bring communities much close together to spend a day for health from busy schedule. It also to spread awareness of how Yoga can heal the mental and physical stress.

                   1st International Day of Yoga was celebrated throughout the world for first time. One 21st of June in 2015.

                   Yoga is that medicine that has the power to cure any disease of universe and to promote better mental, Physical and Spiritual development we should learn Yoga practice. It is a better way to live a health life.

                   On 21st June the International Yoga Day. It was started in 2015 by the efforts made by the Sh. Narender Modi, the Prime Minister of India. It was announced by the Prime Minister during his address to the UN General assembly in September, 2014. Yoga has that strength to cure any disease, which cannot be cured by any medicine and one should include Yoga in everyday life as it not only makes you physically well, but, also help to calm your mind and soul. Thus main motive to start the day was to lead a better mental, physical and intellectual health and to increase the levels of well-being, by mastering certain Yoga postures or aasans by breathing techniques especially “Pranayama”. It is (Pranayama) the wonder technique for physical, mental well being by gaining control over your breath keeping all the benefits of Yoga in mind. The International Yoga Day has come into existence and is celebrated worldwide on 21st June. We all should practice Yoga in our day life.
